Waho Child Safety Policy

Waho adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards any child abuse, exploitation,
and/or sexual assault. Any user who does not comply with Waho's Minor (under 18 years old)
Protection Policy will be removed from the platform and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Policies
Age Restrictions
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Waho.
- Falsifying age to access the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account deletion or termination.
Waho uses automated and manual systems to detect minor activity and child sexual exploitation and abuse. Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited.
Sexualization of Minors and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
- Sharing, creating, or distributing any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited.
- Content involving sexual fetishization of minors, such as discussions, suggestive performances, or wearing inappropriate clothing, is prohibited.
- Any depiction of child nudity or sexualized portrayal, including artistic works such as drawings or animations, is prohibited.
Harmful or Dangerous Behavior Involving Minors
- Threatening, encouraging, or committing acts of physical violence against minors is prohibited.
- Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors is prohibited.
- Depicting or encouraging minors to participate in dangerous activities is prohibited.
- Promoting or depicting the neglect or trafficking of minors is prohibited.
Minor Presence on the Platform
- Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content.
- Creating or managing accounts on behalf of a minor is prohibited.
- Attempting to falsify age to access the platform is prohibited.
Reporting Mechanism
- Incidents of minor abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by law.
- Users can use the in-app report feature or contact us via email at report@waho.live to report potential violations. Reports are reviewed within 2 business days and actions will be taken immediately in urgent cases.
Prohibited Users
- Users convicted of crimes against children (including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking) are strictly prohibited from using Waho.
Enforcement and Transparency
Enforcement Measures
- All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties.
- Depending on the severity of the violation, Waho may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigations.
User Education
- We educate users about child safety through:
- Our Child Safety Policy on the platform.
- Prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to avoid dangerous situations.

This policy is developed and implemented by the Waho team and applies to the Waho APP.
